Description

 Плаксивость. Склонность человека часто плакать при наличии незначительных причин или вовсе без таковых. Проявляется повышенной слезливостью и эмоциональной неустойчивостью, внезапными приступами плача. Распространенные сопутствующие симптомы - беспокойство, тревожность, бессонница, подавленность, уныние. Плаксивость бывает чертой характера, признаком заболевания или ситуационно обусловленной реакцией. Диагностика состояния проводится в ходе беседы и наблюдения за пациентом. Симптоматическая терапия включает техники ритмичного дыхания и отвлечения внимания, психотерапию, прием антидепрессантов и противотревожных препаратов.

Symptoms

 Плач - психофизиологическая реакция, которая сопровождается выделением слез, резким изменением ритма дыхания, кровяного давления и сердцебиения, непроизвольным сокращением надбровных и окологлазных мышц. По происхождению является сильным одномоментным психическим переживанием, возникающим в ответ на интенсивные отрицательные или положительные стимулы. С социальной точки зрения плач - способ выражения сильных эмоций. В детстве частой причиной слез является физическая боль. По мере взросления такая реакция ослабевает, но может сохраняться у женщин с повышенной эмоциональной лабильностью.
 Термином «плаксивость» обозначают черту характера или временную особенность эмоционально-волевой сферы. Она проявляется эмоциональной неуравновешенностью, слезливостью: человек плачет каждый день, причиной слез становятся случайные воспоминания, напряженный разговор, неприятная интонация собеседника, сцена из кинофильма. Зачастую плаксивость снижает социальную активность, препятствует поддержанию близких отношений, провоцирует раздражительность, непонимание со стороны окружающих.
 Плаксивость у женщин и детей более распространена, чем у мужчин. Это объясняется биологическими причинами: у женщин более выражены гормональные колебания (беременность, роды, менструальный цикл), дети имеют лабильную нервную систему, поэтому у них возбуждение легко возникает даже на незначительные стимулы. Культурный фактор также влияет на повышенную плаксивость у женщин по сравнению с мужчинами. Чувствительность и слезливость признаются женскими чертами, слезы мужчин оцениваются как демонстрация слабости.

 О некоторых людях говорят, что они плаксивы с детства, о других - наоборот, что никогда не плачут. Плаксивость чаще всего развивается на основе физиологической предрасположенности, которая складывается из особенностей функционирования нервной системы, скорости производства некоторых гормонов. Повышенная слезливость бывает обусловлена следующими причинами:
 • Неустойчивость нервной системы. При неустойчивом типе нервной деятельности процессы возбуждения и торможения быстро сменяют друг друга, что внешне проявляется частыми перепадами настроения, внезапными эмоциональными всплесками. Людей с такой особенностью по типу темперамента относят к меланхоликам или холерикам. Для них плаксивость характерна с рождения.
 • Гормональный дисбаланс. Раздражительность, слезливость усиливаются в периоды гормональных перестроек организма у женщин: при половом созревании, менструации, беременности, климаксе, после родов. Усиленное производство одних гормонов и недостаток других приводят к изменению активности отделов мозга, отвечающих за эмоциональное состояние.
 • Физические перегрузки. При неподготовленности организма интенсивные занятия спортом или тяжелый физический труд являются источником стресса, нарушают работу внутренних органов и систем. При невозможности полноценно восстановить силы повышается плаксивость и раздражительность, накапливается усталость. Постепенно формируется состояние истощения.
 • Дефицит витаминов. Причина плаксивости при неполноценном питании - недостаток витаминов группы в. Они отвечают за работу нервной системы, производство гормонов, состояние кожи, тонус мышц. При их дефиците повышается раздражительность, снижается настроение и работоспособность, развивается инсомния, ухудшается аппетит. При продолжительном гиповитаминозе формируется депрессия, неврозы, гормональные нарушения, болезнь Бери-Бери.

Причины.

 Плаксивость зачастую является симптомом психического расстройства - депрессии или неврастении. Кроме этого, она бывает обусловлена гормональными изменениями, заболеваниями ЦНС, переутомлением или хроническим стрессом. Причины плаксивости многообразны, часто слезливость провоцируется внешними событиями, но имеет физиологическую основу.
 • Особенности воспитания. Причина плаксивости ребенка - отношение родителей. Иногда плач становится инструментом для привлечения внимания взрослых и получения желаемого. Если родители делают все, чтобы слезы прекратились - покупают игрушки, разрешают не идти домой с прогулки, не умываться - у ребенка формируются истерические черты характера. Другая причина плаксивости - неуверенность в себе, страхи, ощущение ненужности. Такой тип характера называется неврастеническим. При недостаточной любви и поддержке родителей плаксивость усиливается.
 • Стрессы. Негативные переживания, вызванные травмирующей ситуацией или ежедневными мелкими неурядицами, способны привести к состоянию стресса. На начальных этапах организм борется, активизирует физиологические и психические резервы. Благодаря этому человек сохраняет прежнюю работоспособность и эмоциональную уравновешенность. Затем наступает стадия истощения - организм устает бороться, а неблагоприятные воздействия продолжаются. На физиологическом уровне это проявляется головными болями и общим недомоганием, на психологическом - плаксивостью, раздражительностью, подавленностью.
 • Рутина. К нервному истощению могут привести не только стрессы, но и рутина в повседневной жизни. В ситуациях однообразной работы с повторяющимися стереотипными действиями и обедненной внешней средой снижается работоспособность. Монотония сопровождается переживанием скуки, апатии и неудовлетворенности жизни, плаксивостью. Особенно подвержены эмоциональным нарушениям женщины. Их плаксивость увеличивается при отсутствии дружеского общения и разнообразия досуга.
 • Генерализованное тревожное расстройство. Причины плаксивости у пациентов с тревожным расстройством - постоянная тревога, страх, навязчивые мысли, расстройства сна. При длительном течении данной патологии возникают панические атаки с вегетативными кризами (головокружениями, нарушениями дыхания, сердцебиения). Слезливость становится еще более заметной, особенно у женщин.
 • Детские страхи. Характерной особенностью детского возраста является легкость зарождения страхов. Они формируются под влиянием внешних ситуационных воздействий, провоцируют развитие невротических реакций, в том числе плача. Причина страха у младенцев, детей раннего возраста - уход матери. Чем чаще мама отсутствует, тем более плаксивым становится ребенок. Аналогичным образом плаксивость в детском саду развивается при страхе посторонних людей.

Diagnostics

 Определением причин плаксивости занимаются специалисты разных направлений - врачи-психиатры, неврологи, эндокринологи. Первичная диагностика проводится клиническими методами, включающими опрос больного и его родственников, а также наблюдение за поведением. В большинстве случаев пациенты способны критично оценить свои переживания, поэтому самостоятельно сообщают врачу о частом плаче, эмоциональной чувствительности, перепадах настроения и других симптомах. Беседа с родственниками помогает уточнить продолжительность симптома, его причины. Для установления этиологии плаксивости используется:
 • Исследование эмоциональной сферы личности. Комплексное психодиагностическое тестирование позволяет определить наличие депрессии, ведущие характерологические черты и качества личности, которые являются основой плаксивости. Используются различные опросники (MMMPI, опросник Кеттелла) и проективные методики (тест цветового выбора, рисунок человека).
 • Лабораторные исследования гормонов. Если в беседе с пациентом не выявляются психологические причины плаксивости, но имеются признаки эндокринного заболевания, выполняется анализ крови на содержание гормонов. Исследуется концентрация гормонов надпочечников, щитовидной, поджелудочной, паращитовидных и/или половых желез.
 • Инструментальные исследования мозга. При жалобах пациента на эмоциональные нарушения и наличии признаков органического поражения ЦНС проводится неврологический осмотр, КТ и МРТ мозга, УЗИ сосудов мозга и другие диагностические процедуры. Результаты позволяют определить патологические изменения в церебральных структурах и тканях.

Treatment

 Для борьбы с плаксивостью могут использоваться медикаментозные средства. Их подбор осуществляется врачом-психиатром или психотерапевтом, зависит от сочетания симптомов. Если слезливость проявляется вместе с тревожностью и повышенной раздражительностью, назначаются анксиолитики, седативные препараты, растительные успокоительные средства. При нервном истощении и признаках депрессии используются антидепрессанты и транквилизаторы, при нарушениях сна - снотворные препараты.

Лечение.

 Основная терапия должна быть направлена на устранение причины плаксивости - уменьшение интенсивности стрессов, нормализацию гормонального фона женщины, изменение стиля воспитания. Если повлиять на этиологический фактор невозможно или воздействие на причину требует продолжительного трудоемкого лечения, используются симптоматические средства. Благодаря им плаксивость уменьшается, пациент становится более уравновешенным и социально активным, повышается эффективность базовой терапии. Симптоматическая помощь при плаксивости включает дыхательную гимнастику, психотерапию, медикаментозное лечение и изменение режима активности.
 Специально созданная целенаправленность действий переключает внимание с грустных и печальных мыслей на решение задачи. Варианты отвлечения - поиск ключей в сумке, составление списка покупок. Самостоятельно спровоцировать гнев или радость бывает сложно, но при тренировках такой навык вырабатывается. Необходимо вспомнить смешную или злящую ситуацию и людей, которые в ней участвовали, как можно подробнее воспроизвести образы в мыслях.
