 Генодиагностика непереносимости лактозы - это анализ полиморфизма с (-13910) T в гене MCM6, который является генетическим маркером недостаточности фермента лактазы. Ген MCM6 регулирует экспрессию гена лактазы LCT, замена азотистого основания цитозина тимином в положении (-13910) приводит к развитию лактазной недостаточности и непереносимости лактозы, которые наследуются по аутосомно-рецессивному типу. Материал исследования - венозная кровь или буккальный эпителий, метод диагностики - ПЦР. В стоимость анализа не входит сбор биоматериала.
