Description

 Предвакцинальное обследование проводится педиатром с целью исключения противопоказаний для профилактических прививок и предотвращения поствакцинальных осложнений. Такая консультация проводится перед каждой плановой вакцинацией и включает беседу с родителями, обследование кожи и видимых слизистых оболочек ребенка, термометрию и оценку реакции на предыдущие прививки. На момент вакцинации ребенок должен быть клинически здоровым. Дети с хроническими заболеваниями и аллергическими реакциями, а также часто болеющие дети получают индивидуальный график прививок с учетом особенностей ребенка и его здоровья.
