Description

 Анализ ферментов в крови. Группа исследований по определению сывороточной концентрации биологических катализаторов химических реакций. Анализы широко используются в различных областях клинической практики: гастроэнтерологии, гепатологии, кардиологии, эндокринологии, неврологии и онкологии. Отклонение показателей от нормы свидетельствует о нарушении работы органа, поэтому результаты полезны для диагностики заболеваний печени, желчевыводящих путей, сердца, эндокринных желез, скелетных мышц и бронхов. Материал для анализа - сыворотка, выделенная из венозной крови. В принципе, активность фермента определяется фотометрическими методами. Контрольные значения определяются отдельно для каждого теста. Подготовка результатов большинства исследований в этой группе занимает 1 рабочий день.
