Description

 Гнойная язва роговицы обычно вызывается пневмококком после травматической эрозии роговицы, часто при наличии гнойного дакриоцистита.

Symptoms

 В центральной части роговицы появляется небольшой инфильтрат серовато-желтого цвета, который быстро превращается в язву с желтовато-гнойным оттенком. Роговица около него «истыкана», отечна, мутна. В передней камере скапливается гной (гипопион). Развивается ирит, образуются задние синехии, может наступить перфорация роговицы.

Treatment

 Рекомендации:
 1. Через каждые 30-40 мин. промывать конъюнктивальный мешок раствором перманганата калия 1:5000 с последующим закапыванием антибиотиков широкого спектра действия (колбиоцин, тобрекс).
 2. Закапать скополамин 0,25% раствор или 1% раствор атропина.
 3. Антибиотики широкого спектра действия внутрь или внутримышечно.
 4. Срочная госпитализация в глазное отделение.
