Lachrymation (without inflammation of the white of the eye); the tears are acrid and biting, and make the lower lid and cheek sore. Pupil. Pupils dilated (after three and a quarter, five and a quarter, and nine and a half hours). Decided dilatation of the pupils (soon). Extreme dilatation of the pupils. Pupils contracted (after one hour). Vision. Visual power weakened; does not see sharply. Flickering before the eyes, he can see nothing definitely. Pain at the union of the nasal cartilage with the bone of the left side, worse when touched with accumulation of much thick mucus in the left nostril, so that it is difficult to get air through the nostril; as if from a swelling of the mucous membrane. A burning pain as from a glowing coal internally in the nose, with soreness on pressing upon the nose or blowing it (after twenty four hours). сutting burning pain in the skin above the root of the nose, confined to a small spot, suddenly disappearing. вoring pain in the left nasal bones.
 Face.
 Paleness of the face, yet without chilliness. Drawing in the left half of the face, across the left temple as far as the forehead. Drawing pain, beginning in the middle of the face, extending across the forehead and occiput into the nape of the 3 neck, where it disappeared. After some coarse stitches in the teeth, an intolerable tearing pain externally on the right side of the face, head and neck, lasting all night, which disappears after more stitches in the teeth, but returns from time to time; the attack ends with shivering, deep sleep, and loss of hunger and thirst (after ninety six hours). сheeks.
