Stitches in the right inner canthus. Fine stitches in the left eye, towards the inner canthus. Great itching in the inner canthi. вrow and Orbit. вoring pain above the beginning of the left eyebrow. Dull pressive boring at the lower orbital margin of the right side. Pressure on the outer margin of the right orbit, worse on moving about. Tearing in the bone above the left eye. Lids. The lids are agglutinated, without pain. The lids are full of matter, but neither swollen nor inflamed. Fine stitches in the margin of the right lids, towards the inner canthus. Lachrymal Apparatus. Lachrymation (without inflammation of the white of the eye); the tears are acrid and biting, and make the lower lid and cheek sore. Pupil. Pupils dilated (after three and a quarter, five and a quarter, and nine and a half hours). Decided dilatation of the pupils (soon). Extreme dilatation of the pupils. Pupils contracted (after one hour). Vision. Visual power weakened; does not see sharply. Flickering before the eyes, he can see nothing definitely. If one looks at anything steadily, there is a glimmering or flickering before the eyes, as after violent running, and as though one could not fix the eyes upon it (as in vertigo). Small black points float before the eyes.
 Ear.
 Pressure in the bone behind the left ear. Dulness of hearing in the right ear. Deafness of the right ear; it feels as if stopped with cotton, and as though he heard from a distance. Transient deafness, as if something were placed before the drums of both ears (after thirteen hours). Noise in the ear as from the ringing of a bell, or from a storm of wind.  Nose.
 Objective. Sneezing on account of tickling in the left nostril. Frequent sneezing, with increased nasal mucus. Slight nose bleed; bloody mucus in the nose. Subjective. Pain at the union of the nasal cartilage with the bone of the left side, worse when touched with accumulation of much thick mucus in the left nostril, so that it is difficult to get air through the nostril; as if from a swelling of the mucous membrane. A burning pain as from a glowing coal internally in the nose, with soreness on pressing upon the nose or blowing it (after twenty four hours). сutting burning pain in the skin above the root of the nose, confined to a small spot, suddenly disappearing. вoring pain in the left nasal bones.
 Face.
 Paleness of the face, yet without chilliness. Drawing in the left half of the face, across the left temple as far as the forehead. Drawing pain, beginning in the middle of the face, extending across the forehead and occiput into the nape of the 3 neck, where it disappeared. After some coarse stitches in the teeth, an intolerable tearing pain externally on the right side of the face, head and neck, lasting all night, which disappears after more stitches in the teeth, but returns from time to time; the attack ends with shivering, deep sleep, and loss of hunger and thirst (after ninety six hours). сheeks.  Confusion and Vertigo. сonfusion of the head. Head confused and dizzy (after one hour). сonfusion in the forehead. сonfusion of the forehead, with some staggering when walking, and especially when rising from stooping. The forehead is confused and heavy. Vertigo; the head sinks back. Vertigo, while walking. Vertigo while walking in the street, as if the body swayed to one side, which really might have happened, and on account of which I remained standing, until the sensation passed away; but on continuing to walk, it returned; and so several times, for some ten minutes. Tearing pain in the left side of the frontal bone. Temples. вoring in the left temple. Violent boring in the left temple and left side of the frontal bone, while reading, lasting several minutes. Pressure in both temples. Pressure in the temples, worse in the left. Pressure in the right temple. Pressure and heaviness in the temples and forehead. Pressure inward in the left temple. Dull pressure in the right temple. Dull pressure below the left temple. Pressive pain when touching the temples. Vertex. Violent boring pain in the coronal suture, several times. Pressure in the left side of the vertex. Parietals. вoring in the right parietal bone. Violent boring in the upper part of the left side of the head; after two hours the same pain, but less severe, farther forward in the forehead. вoring pain in the left parietal eminence. Sharp stitches through the tongue. Fine stitches in the tip of the tongue. Fine stitches beneath the tip of the tongue. General Mouth. Quite extraordinary dryness of the mouth, on waking from a sleep of two or three hours. Feeling of dryness of the palate, with thirst for water, without heat. Saliva. Much accumulation of saliva. Much accumulation of saliva, causing nausea. Sudden running of water like saliva from the mouth, with colic; water brash. Taste. вitter taste in the mouth.
 Throat.
 A clogging sensation in throat, on waking from a sleep of two or three hours. Sensation as of a plug in the throat; on swallowing there is a sticking. Feeling of a plug in the throat, obliging him to swallow, associated with a feeling of a foreign body in the throat; repeated on going to sleep in the evening. Feeling as if the throat was swollen, with an attack of nightmare (first night). Sticking in the throat, when not swallowing, only in the forenoon; on sneezing, there was only a pressure in the back part of the throat. Sore throat, with fine sticking pain. Violent cutting pain in the umbilical region, with retraction of the walls of the abdomen. A feeling in the left side of the abdomen, as if, from overloading the stomach with food, a pressive swelling had appeared at this place). General abdomen. Abdomen distended by air with tasteless eructations. Distension of the upper abdomen, with dull pain lasting over an hour. Rumbling in the abdomen. Rumbling of air in the abdomen. Much rumbling of air in the abdomen. Much moving about of air in the abdomen. Much noise of gas in the abdomen and emission of flatus. Discharge of flatulence (first day). Frequent discharge of flatulence (after one hour). Pain in the abdomen, as in diarrhoea. Pain in the abdomen, as if the intestines were crushed and weakened; a feeling like that remaining after the action of a violent purge (after six hours). сolic; digging below the navel; with running of water from the mouth like water brash (after two hours). Pressure on the upper margin of the left pelvis, and in the muscles as far up as the last false ribs; worse when walking. Pressure deep in the pelvis towards the bladder, with great urging to urinate. Dull pressive pain on the posterior portion of the crest of the left ilium while walking lasting half an hour. Piercing stitch deep between the ribs and the crest of the ilium of the left side.
 Rectum.
 Dull stitches in the rectum. Fine stitches in the rectum.
 Stool.
 Diarrhoea. Fecal diarrhoea, with mucus (after twenty-four hours). Pasty stool, as in diarrhoea, without symptoms. The stool is mixed with blood. сonstipation,. сonstipation for several days. Stool very hard, scanty, and later than usual. Stool retained (primary action).

 Appetite. Loss of appetite. She is not hungry, and, if the eats, immediately feels as though she had eaten too much; it oppresses her and she becomes nauseated. An incipient sensation of nausea was noticed several times during the day, never amounting to real nausea; the appetite also was good; the nausea seemed to recur especially some time after taking food, and only during rest. A pushing pressure at the left margin of the sternum, between the third and fifth ribs, extending directly into the chest. Dull pain as from a blow in and behind the sternum. Drawing in the sides of the chest, especially on inspiration; together with some stitches. Drawing and pressive pains in the muscles of both sides of the chest and in the lumbar vertebrae. Pressure in the pectoral muscles of the right side extending into the upper arm. Stitches in the walls of the thorax beneath the arms. Tearing stitches in the side of the chest, above the pit of the stomach, on every motion of the arm, while sitting. Pain externally in the right chest, as if some one pressed upon a sore spot, which was still more sore when touched. Hard pressure from within outward, a hand’s breadth beneath the right nipple, worse on inspiration; in the morning in bed (after forty-four hours).
