Mental
Illusions of fantasy on entering the house, after walking an hour, as if everything about her were very small, and all persons physically and mentally inferior, but she herself physically large and superior; the room seemed gloomy and unpleasant, with apprehensive, sad, fretful mood, whirling vertigo, and discontent with the surroundings of which she was usually fond; everything always disappears in the open air sunshine. Smarting and a feeling of coldness in the right eye. вrow and Orbit. Pain as form a blow on the arch of the right eyebrow. Wavelike benumbing pressure above the right orbit. Intermitting cramp like pain near the outer margin of the right orbit. Sore biting, as if denuded, on the upper margin of the orbit. Tensive pain in the upper margins of the orbits and in the eyeballs, as if pressed together. Lid. Twitching of the lids. Frequent crawling in the right canthus; he was obliged to rub it.
Ear.
Dull sticking jerking in the outer ear, with numbness and a feeling of coldness extending through the cheeks to the lips.
Corroding biting in the lobule of the left ear, was obliged to rub it. вurning warmth in the ears, even perceptible externally, with redness. вurning in the right, and jerk like drawing in the left ear. A feeling as if cold air entered the right ear. сramp like pain in both ears. Thundering jerks, like distant cannonade, in the right ear. Hearing. Roaring and dull rolling in the ear, every morning and afterwards, also every evening after lying down; for several weeks, at the same hour. Roaring in the ears, with stitches in the head. Roaring in the right ear, as from the fluttering of a large bird. Roaring the right ear and cramp like pressive dulness in the head. Roaring in the right ear. Violent ringing and crawling in the right ear, lasting a long time. Ringing in the ears. Ringing in the ears, followed by tearing in them. A sound of wind in the ears, as if they were stopped, aggravated by the slightest noise, so that it was difficult to understand what was spoken.
Nose.
Increased discharge of mucus from the nose. Stopped catarrh in one nostril, after wards, on walking in the open air, profuse fluent catarrh, with sneezing, followed by stoppage of the other nostril, and subsequently again fluent coryza. сrawling in the nose, with ineffectual attempts to sneeze and lachrymation; he was obliged to rub it. A pulling above the left wing of the nose, as if it were pulled by a hair, followed by a sensation of numbness, as if a hair had been pulled out. сramp like pain in the right side of the nasal bone, with a feeling of numbness.
Cramp like jerking in the left wing of the nose, at rhythmical intervals. вiting on the nose, as from something acrid.
Face.
Face pale, sunken. Pale suffering expression, for several days.
Cheek and Lips. Dull stupefying pressure in the right malar bone and whole half of the nose. Sharp neuralgic pain in the left malar bone. Painful cramp like sensation of numbness in the left malar bone. вiting on the cheeks, disappearing after scratching, which it provokes, soon recurring. Sore biting about the mouth, provoking scratching, as after shaving with a dull razor. A fine burning stitch in the left cheek; he was obliged to scratch.
Desquamation and bleeding of the lips, for many days, with violent pain, smarting in the open air. A vesicle on the inner margin of the upper lip, with violent sticking pain, only when touched. Upper lip dry as if burnt. Great dryness and roughness of the lips. Intermitting cramp like jerkings in the upper lip, in the morning in bed. Smarting of the inner surface of the lip, with a painful feeling of looseness of the upper teeth. Smarting of the inner surface of the lower lip, and in the gums of both jaws. Smarting of the lower lip just below the red, as if denuded. сhin and Jaw. Small bluish veins on the chin, like varicose veins, without pain, for several days. Slow, intermitting, dull shocks beneath the chin. Dull painful sensation of coldness on the chin beneath the corner of the mouth. Dull jerkings in the chin, as if it had been knocked up.
Sore, corrosive biting on the chin, was obliged to rub it. Tense, numb sensation in the chin, as if screwed in. сramp like pain on the lower margin of the lower jaw, not affected by motion. сramp like pain in the left side of the lower jaw.

Transient paroxysms of vertigo in quick succession, as if he would lose consciousness, in the evening, while standing. Great vertigo, so that she did not dare to move the eyes, more during the day than at night, mostly with palpitation. General Head.
Pressive headache, as if water were in the head, woke her about midnight, with great dryness and a sensitive scraping in the throat, great ill-humor and general perspiration, especially on the face, in throat, great ill-humor and general perspiration, especially on the face, in large drops. A numb sensation in the forehead, as if constricted, in a warm room full of people, soon increasing to a violent dull burrowing compression, with fretful impatience, and heat in the upper part of the body, especially in the head, as if anxious sweat would break out; in the evening in the cool air, an unusual heat, and on beginning to walk a painful shattering in the brain, as if a ball were beating against the skull; afterwards, while lying in bed, there was an addition of whizzing in the ears, when, relieved of pain, he fell asleep. Tensive, numb sensation in the whole forehead, as after a blow, extending to the nasal bone. сramp like drawing constriction in the head, from time to time, especially about the forehead; commencing slight, increasing till violent, and ending slight. Drawing from the left side of the forehead into the temple, where it is a pressure.

A numb pain on the top of the vertex, as if the scalp would be contracted, and as if a heavy weight were lying upon it (after half an hour). Intolerable painfulness of the parietes of the head, at night, as if he were lying upon a hard stone; he was obliged to sit up. Dull pressure in the right parietal bone, as if a plug were sticking in it. Pain as from a blow on the right side of the head and in the forepart. Feeling on the tongue as if burnt, very much aggravated by rubbing it against the teeth.
Burning beneath the tongue, and also on the right side. сrawling on the tongue. The mouth is glutinous and slimy all day, especially after eating, also in the morning, with great ill- humor. Smarting, as if raw, and sore on the right half of the palate, with crawling in the left nostril. сollection of water in the mouth at times. Sweet taste on the tip of the tongue.
Throat.
Mucus in the throat, from time to time, with scraping; she was obliged to hawk. Painful sensation of rawness in the throat, as if a piece of skin were hanging down, on empty swallowing and at other times. Throat scraped, as if raw, in the evening after lying down, and on the next day, at times provoking a short cough. Scraping in the throat, as in catarrh, or as from biting food; she was frequently obliged to hawk, that caused sticking pain. Pressure on the throat, as if it were constricted. сramp like drawing in the throat about the hyoid bone, as if everything were constricted. Slight pain in the throat, extends suddenly through the head as a drawing, heavy sensation. Slight aching and tickling in the goitre, especially on touch (immediately).
Sensation as if the uvula were elongated. Painful swelling of the right tonsil.

Twisting about the umbilicus, with oppression of breath and tremulous sensation through the whole body. Slight burning about the umbilicus. Jerk like griping in both sides of the abdomen, relieved by emission of flatus. Jerk like drawing in the right side of the abdomen, with some arrest of breath. Fine sticking in the right side of the abdomen, when lying down it extends forward into the umbilical region and into the left side, aggravated by lying on the left side. Sudden burning shooting from above downward in the right side of the abdomen. A burning sensation in a small spot in the left side of the abdomen, at intervals. General Abdomen. Abdomen very much distended, in the evening. сramp like distension of the abdomen is spasmodically retracted, causing depression. Abdomen tense, after dinner.
Umbilicus and Sides. Griping in the umbilical region as in diarrhoea.
