Description

 Электронная микроскопия сперматозоидов (ЭМИС) включает исследование мужских гамет под электронным микроскопом с увеличением до 100 000 раз. ЭМИС позволяет оценить структуру сперматозоидов: строение ядра, жгутикового аппарата, акросомы, базального тельца, митохондрий и (Всего 45 показателей). Проводится при астено- и тератозооспермии, мужском факторе бесплодия, повторном невынашивании беременности или замершей беременности у партнера, неудачных попытках ЭКО в парах, при подготовке к АРТ. Материал для исследования - эякулят, срок выполнения до 16 дней. Стоимость ЭМИС зависит от уровня используемого оборудования.
