Description

 ПЦР-анализ chlamydia trachomatis (хламидия трахоматис) используется для установления диагноза скрытого хламидиоза, для дифференциации ИППП, обследования беременных и бесплодия, для контроля выздоровления. Рассматриваемый материал состоит из царапин мочевыводящих путей, мочи, сперматозоидов. ПЦР может выявить хламидиоз на начальных стадиях, который не диагностируется по серологическим реакциям. Точность анализа по разным данным составляет от 80 до 97%.
