Description

 Исследование метаболизма железа. Набор биохимических анализов крови для выявления метаболических нарушений этого микроэлемента, а также состояний, связанных с его дефицитом или избытком. Эти тесты наиболее широко используются в гематологии, а также в гастроэнтерологии и хирургии. Осуществляется общий анализ крови, в частности качественное и количественное исследование эритроцитов. Результаты используются для диагностики и мониторинга динамики анемии, гемохроматоза и других состояний, сопровождающихся дефицитом или избытком железа. Материал исследования - сыворотка венозной крови. Анализы проводятся иммунотурбидиметрическим и фотометрическим методами. Нормативные значения определяются для каждого показателя отдельно. Подготовка результатов занимает не более одного рабочего дня.
