Description

 Чрескожная чреспеченочная холангиография (ХГЧ). Инвазивное рентгеноконтрастное исследование желчных протоков после прямого наполнения йодсодержащим контрастным веществом. Показано, что чрескожная чреспеченочная холангиография выявляет причины возникновения болевого синдрома после холецистэктомии и определяет степень, тяжесть и тип обструкции желчевыводящих путей при желтухе (камень, опухоль, стриктура). Чрескожная пункция брюшной полости выполняется под местной инфильтрацией тканей под наркозом и под контролем рентгеновских лучей. Пункционная игла направляется на клапан печени и вводится в просвет внутрипеченочного желчного протока. После того, как вы взяли контрастный материал, сделайте снимки с композицией.
