Description

 Рентгенография желудка ребенка проводится после приема специального рентгеноконтрастного препарата. У детей первого месяца жизни используется водорастворимый контраст (гастрографин, верографин, уростраш), у детей старшего возраста - суспензия сульфата бария. У недоношенных детей, детей без рефлексов сосания и глотания, стеноза пищевода, рвоты вводят в желудок с помощью контрастного вещества через трубку. Анализируя полученные рентгеновские снимки, оценивают гибкость стенок желудка, его форму, размеры и контуры, тонус, перистальтику, функцию эвакуации и состояние двенадцатиперстной кишки. Рентгенография желудка ребенка проходит натощак.
