Description

 Снятие опущенной линзы. Извлечение линзы с частичным смещением (подвывих). Он показан пациентам с врожденной эктопической линзой (с синдромом Марфана, гомоцистинурия), приобретенной в результате травматической децентрализации хрусталика. Лобная капсула открывается хирургическим разрезом и выполняется круговая капсулотомия (обволакивание). Затем проводят факоэмульсификацию или фрагментацию ядра хрусталика, аспирируют массу хрусталика. Наиболее важной задачей во время хирургического вмешательства является интраоперационная иммобилизация хрусталика подслизистой оболочкой - для этой цели было предложено и использовано много методов. Поперечную коррекцию после удаления первичной линзы глаза можно проводить одновременно или путем отсроченной имплантации ИОЛ.
