Description

 Диагноз аутоиммунного бесплодия включает в себя проведение лабораторных тестов для определения наличия и титра антител против яичников, антител против сперматозоидов и антител к zona pellucida в сыворотке крови. У мужчин эякулят также может быть изучен для определения процента сперматозоидов, связанных с антителами против сперматозоидов - тест MAR. Показания для тестирования включают бесплодие неизвестного происхождения (в случае подозрения на нарушение иммунного гомеостаза у одного или обоих половых партнеров), выкидыш, мертворождение, выбор тактики и прогнозирование успеха методов вспомогательной репродукции (внутриматочная инсеминация, ЭКО, ИКСИ).
