Description

 Эндоскопическая резекция слизистой оболочки толстой кишки проводится при подозрении на злокачественную опухоль, большие доброкачественные новообразования, сопутствующие фиброзные изменения стенки кишечника, резидуальные карциномы. Это минимально травматичная альтернатива резекции толстой кишки. Это выполняется с помощью эндоскопического оборудования, вводимого в кишечник через задний проход. Новообразования удаляют с помощью специального ножа и диатермической петли. Через несколько дней больного направляют на амбулаторное лечение. Стоимость эндоскопической резекции слизистой оболочки ободочной кишки зависит от типа оборудования, объема процедуры и квалификации врача.
