Description

 Удаление внутрижелудочного баллона происходит не позднее чем через шесть месяцев после установки. После этого периода под эндоскопическим контролем жидкость удаляется из баллона и удаляется из желудка, когда он опорожняется. Необходимость своевременного удаления внутрижелудочного баллона связана с воздействием соляной кислоты в желудочном соке, которая может повредить его стенки. Если пациент не переносит вздутие живота, ему разрешается удалить баллон раньше. Если требуется более длительная обработка, через месяц после снятия старого цилиндра можно установить новый. Что касается новой диеты (ограничение калорийности и количества пищи), то потерянный вес после снятия баллона не возвращается.
