Description

 Компьютерная томография сустава ребенка проводится для выявления патологических процессов в костях, которые формируют сустав и мягкие ткани вокруг него. С помощью компьютерной томографии можно исследовать височно-нижнечелюстной сустав, плечо, локоть, запястье, подвздошно-крестцовый, тазобедренный, коленный, голеностопный и другие суставы. Детское суставное КТ назначается детскому или травматологу-ревматологу при нарушениях развития (врожденное смещение, дисплазия шейки бедра, дисплазия эпифиза, болезнь Маделунга и болезнь Эрлахера-Блаунта, хондродистрофия ), Артритах, внутрисуставных переломах, опухолях. КТ сустава превосходит МРТ в отношении изображения кости, но уступает этому в изображении связок и хрящей.
