Description

 Анте класса пиелография. Это метод рентгенологического исследования, при котором контрастные вещества вводятся непосредственно в пиелокальцеальный аппарат почки путем чрескожной пункции или нефропиеломы. Чрескожная пункция проводится под местной анестезией. Антеградная пиелография показана, когда экскреторная урография невозможна из-за нарушения функции почек, а ретроградная уретеропиелография противопоказана или затруднена из-за обструкции мочевыводящих путей. Антеградная пиелография позволяет установить причину обструкции верхних мочевых путей, подтвердить диагноз гидронефроза.
