Description

 Оценка риска рака поджелудочной железы. Лабораторный анализ, определение наследственной вероятности образования злокачественной опухоли. Во время процедуры определяется наличие мутаций в генах сFTR и SOD2. Исследование рекомендуется для пациентов с подтвержденным диагнозом для установления наследственного характера онкопатологии, а также для людей из группы риска с отягощенным семейным анамнезом. Окончательные данные позволяют своевременно идентифицировать опухоль и начать лечение или определить возможность активной профилактики. Вся венозная кровь анализируется. Мутации обнаруживаются путем секвенирования. Обычно данные отрицательные. Их подготовка занимает 8-20 рабочих дней.
