 Оценка риска рака желудка. Онкогенетические лабораторные исследования для определения вероятности возникновения кольцевидной опухоли, аденокарциномы слабой степени. Анализы выявляют мутации генов сDH1, MLH1, MSH2. Основные показания: наличие рака желудка у двух или более членов семьи; диагноз подтвержден у родителей до 40 лет; наличие в семейной среде синдромов, предрасполагающих к злокачественной опухоли. Исследование позволяет своевременно принимать активные профилактические меры, начинает лечение на ранней стадии. Биоматериал - венозная кровь. Метод анализа - секвенирование. Нормальный результат: нет мутаций. Подготовка данных занимает до 20 дней.
