Description

 Оценка риска синдрома менингита. Набор лабораторных тестов, направленных на выявление генетической предрасположенности ко многим эндокринным опухолям типов 1, 2А и 2В. Исследование выявило мутации в нескольких экзонах протоонкогена RET на хромосоме 10. Пациентам с определенным диагнозом MNE было показано, чтобы подтвердить наследственный характер синдрома, а также их близким родственникам (детям, родителям, сестрам, братьям), чтобы определить необходимость профилактики и раннего лечения. Биоматериалом является вся венозная кровь, тест проводится секвенированием. Нормальный результат - мутации не обнаружены. Срок исполнения - до 20 рабочих дней.
