 Срочное интраоперационное гистологическое исследование. Гистологический или цитологический анализ проводится во время операции. Его целью является выяснение морфологии тканей оперируемого органа. Показан для пациентов с онкологическими заболеваниями, подвергнутых хирургическому лечению. Результат определяет тактику и объем операции, дает наиболее точную информацию о природе опухоли, степени ее распространения, состоянии окружающих тканей и сосудов. Биоматериал - охлажденный в секции криостата и окрашенной ткани. Исследование проводится микроскопическим методом. Окончательные данные интерпретируются врачом. Продолжительность процедуры анализа составляет 15-20 минут.
