Description

 Операции на семявыносящих протоках могут быть направлены на восстановление их проницаемости во время обструкции или, наоборот, при искусственном обструкции. В случае мужского бесплодия, вызванного закупоркой семявыносящего протока, микрохирургические операции реконструкции выполняются с наложением вазо-вазоаностамоза или вазо-эпидидомазмоза. Для мужской стерилизации проводят вазорезекцию (хирургическое удаление части семявыносящего протока), вазолигации (перевязку семявыносящего протока) или вазококк (восстановление семявыносящего протока) специальными синтетическими материалами.
