Description

 Удаление инородного тела из полости носа проводится амбулаторно, что в большинстве случаев требуется маленьким детям. Большинство посторонних предметов попадают в правую половину носа, особенно в нижний носовой ход, реже - в середину и еще реже - в верхнюю. Перед началом процедуры слизистую оболочку носа опрыскивают вазоконстриктором и анестетиками. Удаление круглых инородных тел из полости носа осуществляется с помощью зонда с загнутым концом. Плоские предметы удаляются с помощью плоскогубцев. Крупные объекты измельчаются и частично удаляются.
