Ультразвуковая методика, позволяющая обнаружить смещение внутричерепных структур от средней линии мозга, что может указывать на наличие поражений (гематом, опухолей, абсцессов), отека головного мозга, внутричерепной гипертонии, гидроцефалии Метод эоэнцефалографии основан на эхо-сигналах, отражаемых различными структурами головного мозга, которые появляются на экране ультразвукового мозга в виде кривой - эхоэнцефалограммы. По величине сигнала М-эхо, желудочкового индекса и амплитуде кривой эхо-пульсаций косвенно судят о наличии и характере патологии.
