Description

 Хирургия рака яичка. Группа хирургических методов в онкологии используется при злокачественных опухолях органов. Существенно они различаются по объему, могут быть полными (орхиэктомия) или частичными (резекция яичка). При необходимости проводится комплексная лимфаденэктомия, удаление аппендикса, сосудов и семенного канатика. Иногда они образуются при онкологических процессах других локализаций, например, при раке предстательной железы. При определении объема операции при раке яичка, в месте и на стадии новообразования учитывается наличие или отсутствие второго яичка. По показаниям хирургическое лечение интегрировано с химиотерапией и лучевой терапией.
