Description

 Операции в надпочечниках выполняются при заболеваниях, связанных с гиперфункцией желез: гиперплазия или опухоли надпочечников (аденомы, карциномы, феохромоцитомы, кортикостеромы, альдостеромы, андростеромы ). Радикальной операцией при поражении надпочечников является удаление простой или двусторонней железы - адреналэктомия. Операции в надпочечниках выполняются через брюшной, поясничный, грудо-поясничный и лапароскопический доступы. В послеоперационном периоде для предотвращения надпочечниковой недостаточности следует назначать стероидные гормоны; после двусторонней адреналэктомии - заместительная гормональная заместительная терапия.
