Description

 Операции с абсцессами головного мозга выполняются только при наличии сформированного абсцесса. Абсцессы стадии формирования и неоперабельные множественные абсцессы являются противопоказанием к нейрохирургическому вмешательству. Удаление абсцесса может быть выполнено открытым методом - с помощью трепананта черепа или через отверстие трепана с использованием дренажа и аспирации. Хирургическое лечение проводится на фоне антибактериальной терапии. В послеоперационном периоде рецидив абсцесса в результате неполного абстиненции, формирования эпилептической активности, постоянных неврологических расстройств, кровотечений, раневой инфекции и шовной недостаточности возможно.
