Description

 Грудная трепанобиопсия. Малоинвазивный метод получения гистологического материала - столбик ткани молочной железы массой от 0,1 до 0,3 г с использованием специальной иглы для гильотинной биопсии. Биопсия трепаннинга молочной железы может быть выполнена механически или автоматически (с помощью пистолета для биопсии) и на предоперационном этапе позволяет не только изучить морфологическую структуру образца ткани, но также определить иммуногистохимический профиль опухоли. Грудной трепанобиопсис показан с неинформативностью двойной тонкоигольной биопсии. Эффективность трепанобиопсии достигает 95-96%.
