Description

 Тонкоигольная аспирационная биопсия (TAB) надпочечников. Метод малоинвазивной диагностики направлен на сбор образцов клеточного состава опухолей надпочечников. Целью надпочечниковой TAB является морфологическая проверка характера опухоли в предоперационной фазе. Тонкоигольная аспирационная биопсия надпочечника выполняется с помощью КТ или УЗИ. Манипуляция технически сложна и связана с вероятностью множественных осложнений (повреждение капсулы гормонально активной опухоли с развитием неконтролируемого гипертонического криза, имплантация злокачественных клеточных элементов вне новообразования ).
