Description

 Биопсия яичка. Диагностический метод отбора проб ткани яичка для морфологических исследований. Это позволяет определить характер структурных и функциональных нарушений при опухоли, дистрофическом или воспалительном процессе, бесплодии, аспирации спермы на ЭКО и ИКСИ. Процедура проводится открытым или проколотым методом под местной анестезией. При открытой биопсии кусочек ткани в форме клина захватывается небольшим разрезом в мошонке и ядре яичка с последующим закрытием раны; во время пункции под контролем ультразвукового датчика иглу прокалывают канюлей или пистолетом для биопсии и отбирают образец аспирата или ткани яичка. Стоимость манипуляции зависит от способа сбора материала.
