Description

 Шунтирующая КТ выполняется для оценки функции коронарного шунтирования после операции АКШ. Это позволяет обнаруживать обструкцию или гемодинамически значимое сужение аутоартериальных и автовенозных протезов (тромбоз, гипертрофия интимы, атеросклероз). Выполняется мультиспиральная компьютерная шунтография с контрастным усилением. Благодаря трехмерной реконструкции сердца КТ-шунтография дает возможность оценить не только проходимость утечек, но и состояние сердечной мышцы и магистральных сосудов, а также некоторые функциональные показатели. Стоимость зависит от количества контрастного вещества.
