Description

 Coronaroshuntography. Метод инвазивного рентгенологического исследования сосудов сердца с серией изображений. Он используется для визуализации коронарных сосудов, чтобы оценить их количество, местоположение и ширину света. Используется при диагностике воспалительного стеноза, врожденной и атеросклеротической этиологии, проводится при неэффективности консервативного лечения и после сосудистой хирургии для оценки кровотока и качества стента. Это выполняется в операционной после предварительной седации и подготовки зоны доступа (чаще всего бедренной артерии). Для получения изображений диффузии коронарных артерий, введение контрастного вещества требуется непосредственно в коронарных артериях через катетер. Процедура проводится для отдельной артерии или всех сосудов сердца.
