Description

 Магнитно-резонансная спектроскопия (МРС) предстательной железы. Метод определения биохимических изменений в ткани предстательной железы с ее опухолевым поражением с использованием явления магнитного ядерного резонанса - реакции атомов водорода на внешнее высоковольтное электромагнитное поле. MRS простаты основан на выявлении метаболических нарушений по соотношению холина и цитрата в ткани, которые можно диагностировать даже на доклинической стадии рака простаты. МР-спектроскопию обычно проводят одновременно с МРТ предстательной железы с использованием эндоректальной катушки - баллона с тонкой проволокой внутри, вставленной в прямую кишку.
