Description
Консультация онкогинеколога проводится по выявлению и лечению предопухолевых и опухолевых заболеваний женской половой сферы. К ним относятся генитальные бородавки, эрозия, лейкоплакия, дисплазия шейки матки, рак вульвы, влагалища, шейки матки и тела матки, яичников Во время первичного приема гинекологический осмотр собирает акушерский и гинекологический анамнез, осматривает стул, собирает мазки для онкоцитологии и продвинутую кольпоскопию. На основе полученных данных составляется углубленная программа экспертизы. Важной областью работы онкогинеколога является предотвращение развития рака у женщин из группы риска (с генетической предрасположенностью или предраковыми изменениями в половых органах).
