Description

 Генодиагностика заболеваний ОДА проводится при множественных поражениях опорно-двигательного аппарата, характерных для наследственных синдромов. В основе генетической диагностики лежат методы молекулярно-генетического исследования, позволяющие обнаруживать аномалии определенных генов. Для ряда генетических нарушений опорно-двигательного аппарата была предложена пренатальная диагностика, которая помогает установить прогноз и заранее спланировать тактику лечения и реабилитации.
