Онискус азеллюс

 Oniscus asellus, Linn., and O. armadillo, L. Armadillo officinalis, сu. Order, Isopoda. сlass, сrustacea of the articulate animals.

 Head, Face and Mouth.
 Dull heaviness of the head. вoring pain behind the right ear, on the mastoid process, with violent pulsation in the arteries.
 Painful pressure above the eyebrows and on the margin of the nose, first on the left side, afterwards on the right. Pale face, wild expression. The toothache that had disappeared returned).
 Pressure on the soft palate posteriorly, as if it would close.

 Thirst. Somewhat nauseated, followed by persistent pressure, as if in the cardiac orifice of the stomach. сontinual vomiting.
 Very severe colic, with meteorism and tension of the abdomen.
 Rectum and Anus.
 (Sudden desire for stool, followed by sudden thin stool). вurning pain in the anus.

 Tenesmus of the bladder and rectum, with absence of stool and urine. сutting burning in the urethra, with excessive bodily restlessness. Many erections, with disinclination to work.

 The mucus hawked up is streaked with blood.
 Generalities and Sleep.
 In young patients an hemoptysis is induced by the salt with which these insects abound. Inclination to stretch. Frequent yawning.
