Heaviness in the head as if a heavy weight were lying on the vertex, when stooping, in the afternoon, sticking in the top of the head, deep in the brain, and also externally (first day). Acute though only transient sticking on the vertex, in the afternoon (third day). Tearing on the vertex, deep in the brain, extending to the occiput. Parietals. The head feels screwed in from both sides relieved by stooping less violent on rising up (seventh day). Spasmodic twitching of the right lid (second day). An agreeable sensation about the lids and nose (fourth day). Sensation as if the upper lid were drawn down (after one hour and a half). Twitching in the right canthus so violent that it impaired vision, in the evening (third day), Fine sticking in the right inner canthus disappearing, on rubbing (second day). Itching in the inner canthus, now in one, now in the other eye, in the evening (third day). вall. Pain in the left eyeball, in the evening (second day).
 Ear.
 Sudden sensation as if the ears were stopped and as though the head were distended at both side, immediately disappearing (third day). Tearing in the middle of the right lower jaw. afterwards a similar pain in the teeth of the left upper jaw, while sitting in the afternoon. Tearing in the right lower jaw, rather towards the front from time to time walking in the open air, then also continuing in the house, lasting until evening (first day). Sudden tearing in the right lower hollow back teeth, as though the teeth would be drawn out; the tearing extends into the upper back teeth, the ascending rami of the jaw, the right ear, and the temples, associated with increase of saliva, perspiration of the right half of the head and general perspiration, in the evening in bed; the pains are aggravated by warmth, relieved by motion of the body; cold air seems to relieve for the moment; pulsation in the whole right side of the lower jaw; (took Nux 3, at 10 P. M., after which the pain gradually disappeared) (sixth day); the pains in the right lower back teeth returned the next morning after the dose, were paroxysmal, afterwards increased, were aggravated by drawing in the warm air, and accompanied by accumulation of saliva; in the afternoon the teeth felt as if protruding from their sockets, returning at intervals for the next two days. Frequent jerk like tearing in the right lower back teeth, causing involuntary crying out, at 5 P. M. (eighth day). Gnawing pain in three sound middle molars of the right upper jaw, which extends into the zygoma; thence the pain extends into the left middle upper teeth, and then into the corresponding zygoma, where it disappeared. Some jerks in the right lower back teeth (seventh day). Tongue. Vesicle on the tip of the tongue, at 4 P. M. вurning on the tip of the tongue, lasting a long time (after one hour). Cooling burning, as from peppermint on the tongue in a small spot (after three hours). Sensation of lateral contraction of the tongue, immediately. - вiting on the tip and forepart of the tongue, as from pepper (soon). General Mouth. вurning in the posterior portion of the palate. Feeling as though there was a bad odor in the mouth, only noticed by himself (after one hour and a half). Numbness of the whole inner mouth, in the morning after waking, disappearing after rising (second day). Saliva. Profuse secretion of saliva (after one hour). Expectoration of bloody saliva. Accumulation of water in the mouth (after two hours and a half). Taste. Metallic taste on the tongue, soon after first administering, in most instances. Metallic taste on the tongue, with contracted feeling in the pharynx. The soup at noon seems sweet to her.
 Throat.
 Sticking in the left side of the throat while a swallowing, in the morning (second day_. Tickling in the throat, with dry cough, during the epistaxis (third day). Fauces and Esophagus. A sense of constriction at the fauces, soon after first administration (in most instances),-Distressing spasm at the isthmus faucium, when administered in the form of a powder (in some cases). Scraping in the fauces, immediately,-Feeling in the esophagus almost like heartburn (after half an hour).
 External Throat.
 Contractive sensation externally in the forepart of the throat (after one hour). Cramp in the parotid glands (after one hour). Drawing in the skin of the right side of the throat, extending into the lower jaw (after three hours). Violent tearing, extending from the left submaxillary gland into the left lower teeth (after a quarter of an hour). Jerking in the left jugular vein, disappearing for only a short time on rubbing, then returning again in a less degree, while sitting in the afternoon.

 Appetite. Appetite increased (sixth day). Increased sensation of hunger. No desire for anything at noon, though there was no aversion; daily. Thirst. On the second, third, and fourth days, he drinks almost nothing. Constant inclination to eructate, with a distressing sensation in the stomach, lasting a long time. Eructation and Hiccough. Gastritis, with loss of appetite, pressure in the head, vertigo, and sometimes cloudiness of vision. Moving back and forth in the stomach, with burning (after one hour and a half). Uncomfortable feeling in the stomach, with nausea and eructations, of air, lasting a long time (seventeenth day). сardialgia, with intestinal colic. Feeling of fasting in the stomach (after two hours). Stomach feels as after complete fasting, with uprisings of heat from time to time, while sitting (after three hours). Pressure in the stomach (soon,); (first day), Pressure and cutting pain in the stomach, as yesterday, after a cup of bouillon (fifth day). Violent pressure in the stomach, aggravated by external pressure, with distension in the epigastric region (even while fasting); the pain lasted half an hour, and then extended to the back and into the left scapula, afterwards into the left arm; a bruised sensation remained in the pit of the stomach; a reminder of pain aggravated by external pressure (fifteenth day). A clawing pain in the pit of the stomach, extending down into the umbilical region (first day). Sudden cutting pain and pressure in the stomach, after a cup of bouillon; the stomach does not seem to tolerate broth (fourth day). Severe cutting pain in the stomach, with excessive flatulence, in the evening (second day).
