Противопоказания Oxytocin.

 Гиперчувствительность. Узкий таз (анатомический и клинический). Поперечное и косое положение плода. Лицевое предлежание плода. Преждевременные роды. Угрожающий разрыв матки. Состояния с предрасположенностью к разрыву матки (включая травматические роды и операции кесарева сечения в анамнезе). Чрезмерное растяжение матки. Матка после многократных родов. Частичное предлежание плаценты. Маточный сепсис. Инвазивная карцинома шейки матки. Гипертонус матки (возникший не в ходе родов). Сдавление плода. Артериальная гипертензия. Хроническая почечная недостаточность.

Использование препарата Oxytocin при кормлении грудью.

Side effects of the components

Побочные эффекты Oxytocin.

 Тошнота. Рвота. Аритмия (в тч у плода). Брадикардия (у матери и плода). Повышение АД и субарахноидальное кровотечение или понижение АД и шок. Задержка воды (при длительном в/в введении). Аллергические реакции. Бронхоспазм. Неонатальная желтуха. Снижение концентрации фибриногена у плода.
