Common symptoms

 Affecting liver, it is a bilious remedy. Feeling of sickness and exhaustion; inclined to sit or lie down. Stitching pains. Jaundice, gall stones, enlarged indurated liver.

Modalities

 Rest. Sitting. Standing. Lying down.
 Walking. Touch.

Mental

 Depression. сonstant muttering to himself. Shuns labour, but after beginning works well. Inclined to talk, laugh, and be merry.

Head, face, and ears

 Ache due to gastric disturbances. Vertex feels very hot.

Mouth and throat

 Tongue; coated, with raw patches; mapped. Taste; bitter; sour. Salivation, with sensation as if larynx was pressed shut.
 Hawks sour mucous.

Gastrointestinal tract

 Gastric bilious attacks. Loss of appetite. вitter eructations.
 Sensation of bubbles bursting in bowels. Tympanitis; hysterical. Liver enlarged and indurated. вilious diarrhoea. Stools white. Jaundice. Pain in the region of liver and spleen.

Urogenital system

 Urination painless urging; frequent copious discharge.
 Menses suppressed.

Limbs and spine

 Tearing pain from ear down to neck. Sternomastoid muscle very painful to touch.
 Limbs restless. Finger tips cold (a guiding symptom). Jerking pain in calf (right) better on touch. Tearing pains in limbs. Neuralgia of knee better pressure. Toes burning.

Fever

 Chilly after eating; esp. after drinks. Profuse night sweats.
