Interactions Aevit in capsules with Neuromultivit
-
Dangerous interactions
- Simultaneous administration of other multivitamin complexes containing vitamin E is not recommended in order to avoid overdose.
- Drinks containing sulfites (e.g. wine) enhance thiamine degradation.
- The drug Magne B6 should be prescribed at least 3 hours after ingestion of tetracycline (td; magnesium preparations reduce the absorption of tetracyclines).
- Quinolones should be prescribed at least 2 hours before or 6 hours after taking Magne B6 in order to avoid impaired absorption of quinolones.
- Thiamine hydrochloride and benzylpenicillin or streptomycin (destruction of antibiotics), thiamine and nicotinic acid (destruction of thiamine) should not be mixed in one syringe.
- Thiamine hydrochloride solution should not be mixed with solutions containing sulfites, etc.; it completely disintegrates in them.
- Pharmaceutically (in one syringe) incompatible with solutions of vitamins B1 and B6 (cobalt ion contributes to the destruction of other vitamins).
- Increases the likelihood of allergic reactions caused by vitamin B1.
-
Negative interactions
- When used concomitantly with levodopa, pyridoxine may reduce the antiparkinsonian effect of levodopa.
- Simultaneous use of pyridoxine antagonists (e.g. isoniazid, hydralazine, penicillamine or cycloserine) may increase the need for pyridoxine.
- Thiamine is inactivated by fluorouracil.
- Fluorouracil competitively inhibits the phosphorylation of thiamine to thiamine pyrophosphate.
- by increasing the excretion of thiamine with prolonged use, which leads to a decrease in the content of thiamine in the blood.
- Taking alcohol and black tea leads to a decrease in thiamine absorption.
- With simultaneous use of Magne B6 and levodopa at a dose of 5 mg or more, the effects of levodopa decrease.
- Therefore, in patients taking levodopa, Magne B6 should be prescribed simultaneously with peripheral dopadecarboxylase inhibitors.
- Simultaneous use of drugs containing phosphates, calcium salts or iron ions is not recommended, since such drugs reduce the absorption of magnesium in the intestine.
- Pyridoxine inhibits the conversion of thiamine into thiamine pyrophosphate, increases allergization.
- do not mix (in one syringe) with penicillin, streptomycin, nicotinic acid.
- Thiamine hydrochloride reduces the pharmacological activity of salts of suxamethonium, phentolamine, propranolol, sympatholytics (reserpine), hypnotics (reduces hypnotic and hypotensive effects).
- Thiamine (vitamin B1) (A11DA01) + Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) => Increased allergic reaction.
- When taking oral contraceptives, metformin and antipsychotic drugs (such as olanzapine and risperidone), the concentration of vitamin B12 in the blood serum may be reduced.
- Chloramphenicol can weaken the effect of vitamin B12 in anemia.
- Prolonged exposure to nitric oxide can cause functional vitamin B deficiency12 and possible serious neurological side effects even with normal vitamin B values12.

Additional information
- Kiberis checks interactions and evaluates drug compatibility for free online right in the instructions thanks to the latest artificial intelligence technologies. The accuracy of finding is more than 95%, the accuracy of the hazard assessment is more than 80%. The online medical service takes into account all the drug groups of the selected drugs and all their components. And since the database contains 25,000 drugs with detailed instructions, not every pharmacologist can compete with our artificial intelligence. List of popular interactions.
