Deformation

Description

Деформация приводит к изменению пропорций, размеров, формы частей тела, что сопровождается внешними дефектами и нарушением функции тела. Чаще всего встречаются деформации скелета: черепа, позвоночника, груди, костей и суставов конечностей. Мягкие ткани тоже могут деформироваться. Причины таких изменений - врожденные пороки, травмы, дегенеративные изменения, опухоли. Лечение зависит от этиологии и степени тяжести патологического процесса, может включать консервативную терапию (медикаменты, ЛФК, FTL) и хирургическую коррекцию.

Reasons

Деформации тела могут быть врожденными и приобретенными. Врожденные пороки развития включают челюстно-лицевые расщелины, расщелину позвоночника, аплазию костей, врожденный вывих бедра и многие другие. Врожденные пороки опорно-двигательного аппарата возникают в матке в результате:
• генетические мутации;
• механическое давление на части плода (при низком уровне воды, наличии околоплодных вод);
• воздействие тератогенов: инфекционных, химических, ионизирующих и других.
Приобретенные деформации встречаются чаще, чем врожденные. По этиологии это:
• травматический (неправильно сросшиеся переломы);
• послеоперационный (капсульная контрактура);
• постинфекционные (паралитические деформации после полиомиелита);
• рак (остеома);
• дистрофически-дегенеративный (деформирующий остеоартроз);
• метаболические (шаткие деформации скелета) и ;
В их развитии важную роль играют модифицируемые факторы риска: малоподвижный образ жизни, высокие физические нагрузки, избыточный вес.

Classification

В зависимости от анатомической области, подвергшейся деформации, различают:
• Деформации черепа: брахицефалия, долихоцефалия, плагиоцефалия.
• Деформации лицевого скелета: искривление носовой перегородки, седловидный нос, волчья пасть, микрогнатия.
• Деформации позвоночника: сколиоз, кифоз, лордоз, прямая спина, клиновидные позвонки.
• Деформации грудной клетки: киль, воронкообразная форма, выпуклость сердца, синдром Поланда.
• Деформации костей конечностей: Х-образная, О-образная, укорочение конечностей.
• Деформации суставов: вывих при вывихе, отек при артрите, рост костей при артрозе.
• Деформации пальцев стопы: клинодактилия, пальцы ног по гиппократу, вальгусная деформация большого пальца стопы.
• Деформации мягких тканей: контрактуры, рубцы, заячья губа, ретракция соска, деформации пупка с грыжей.
