Description

 Эмболизация маточных артерий при кровотечениях применяется при массивных послеродовых кровотечениях, острых маточных кровотечениях на фоне миомы матки. Выполняется радиохирургическим методом. Катетер вводят в маточный сосуд через бедренную артерию. Чтобы остановить кровоток, используйте мелкие частицы поливинилового спирта, пенополиуретана или желейную губку. Процедура продолжается до тех пор, пока артерии, являющиеся источником кровотечения, не будут полностью заблокированы.
