Description

 Эндоваскулярная лазерная коагуляция варикозного расширения вен. Облитерация кровеносных сосудов лазерным излучением. Показано с веной диаметром не более 10 Суть метода заключается в том, что лазерная энергия воздействует на стенку вены изнутри и нагревает ее. Это приводит к термическому ожогу с последующим прилипанием стенок сосудов и закупоркой их просвета. Лечение проводится под местной анестезией под контролем УЗИ. Направляющий лазерный луч вводится в вену, транспортируется в пораженный участок, и сосуд обрабатывается для обеспечения постепенного вытягивания волокна. Обработка занимает 1-2 часа. Сразу после процедуры пациент может идти. Привычный образ жизни не нарушается.
