Description

 Эндоскопическое удаление перфорантных вен. Подземное пересечение сосудов, соединяющих глубокие и поверхностные вены конечности. Это показано в случае варикозного расширения вен, осложненного трофическими нарушениями (индукция подкожного жира, открытые и рецидивирующие трофические язвы), сосуществующей лимфатической недостаточностью, неосложненными варикозными венами с патологической венозной ошибкой. Разрез кожи размером около 3 см делают в неизмененной зоне ткани, возвращаясь к центру пораженного участка. Специальный эндоскоп вставлен под консоль. Во время эндоскопической диссекции перфорантные вены изолируются и коагулируются или сшиваются и режутся.
