Description

 Тифлостомия. Хирургическое вмешательство, при котором происходит образование свища слепой кишки. Оно проводится при наличии злокачественной опухоли дистальной части толстой кишки, осложненной кишечной непроходимостью, и невозможности проведения радикальной операции. Это может быть выполнено для разгрузки кишечника перед радикальным вмешательством или одновременно с гемиколэктомией для создания благоприятных условий для заживления анастомоза. Цекостомия выполняется через разрез в правой подвздошной области, в том числе наложение шовного шва, открытие кишечника в центре шва, вставка трубки, сшивание трубки к краю разреза кишки, подача край кишечной стенки к брюшине и к коже вокруг трубки.
