Ileostomy

Description

 Илеостомия. Формирование временного или постоянного свища тонкой кишки путем удаления подвздошной кишки на передней брюшной стенке. Введение илеостомии может потребоваться при хирургическом лечении болезни Крона, ЯК, рака, дивертикулита, обструкции и ран кишечника, а также для защиты и облегчения кишечных анастомозов. В зависимости от характера и назначения свища тонкой кишки, существуют различные виды илеостомы. Илеостома с бочкой является терминальной подвздошной кишкой, которая выделяется в правую подвздошную кишку. Клапанная илеостома представляет собой резервуар толстой кишки со специальной мышечной манжетой. Отдельная двусторонняя илеостома образована двумя концами сломанной подвздошной кишки, петля-петля образована петлей тонкой кишки с перерезанной стенкой.
