Description

 Тенолиз ахиллова сухожилия, бурсэктомия. Реконструктивная хирургия, которая выполняется во время посттравматического рубцового сращения ахиллова сухожилия с вовлечением околосуставного мешочка. Цель операции - восстановить способность сухожилия свободно скользить. Объем операции зависит от состояния и распространенности рубцовой ткани. В простых случаях достаточно отделить ахиллы от тонких спаек. При грубых циклических деформациях объем операции увеличивается. Иногда ахиллово сухожилие и бурсэктомия сухожилия должны быть завершены с помощью трансплантата кожи.
