Description

 Поддерживаемые имплантатом коронки устанавливаются на отдельные дефекты зубного ряда. Этот метод протезирования не влияет на соседние зубы и считается оптимальным в том случае, когда эти зубы здоровы. На имплантат можно установить металлокерамические коронки, коронки из специальных сплавов и керамические коронки на основе из диоксида циркония. Цельнокерамические коронки не устанавливаются на имплантаты из-за их хрупкости. Коронка надевается на абатмент и фиксируется временным цементом. Есть способ закрепить заводную головку с помощью специального винта, отверстие над которым покрыто наполнителем. Такой протез является условно съемным и позволяет при необходимости стоматологу удалить коронку с зуба.
