Description

 Криогенная передачи. Процедура в цикле ЭКО для криопротокола, в котором витрифицированные эмбрионы переносятся в матку после оттаивания. Эмбрионы удаляют из жидкого азота и оттаивают при комнатной температуре путем постепенного удаления криопротектора. Если эмбрионы заморожены на стадии бластомера или бластоцисты, они могут быть перенесены в матку в день оттаивания с соответствующей эндометриальной готовностью. Если криоконсервация была проведена на стадии зиготы, фрагментация оттаявших эмбрионов должна быть дополнительно культивирована и оценена в течение 1-2 дней. Криотрансфер может быть выполнен либо в естественном цикле, либо после специальной тренировки гормонов.
